QLM is delighted to welcome Ross Elliott as Head of Quality & Compliance

QLM is pleased to announce that Ross Elliott has joined the team as our Head of Quality & Compliance.

Ross brings over 40 years’ experience as a professional engineer within R&D, operations, high volume manufacturing, purchasing and quality. His career has spanned from apprentice foundation through various product development, production, technical & project management roles to that of Chief Engineer & membership of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and Institute of Leadership & Management. He has experience within large international Tier 1 corporations, SMEs and business start-ups – businesses supplying commodity electro/optical components & systems for the telecom industry, novel sensing systems for military & civil infrastructure protection and consumer electronics & space systems. His management experience includes running multiple simultaneous project teams across three continents with technical design authority and project financial responsibility of multi-million-pound deliveries.
