QLM CEO Presents Evidence to the House of Commons Science, Innovation & Technology Committee on UK Quantum Industry Needs
As COP28 UAE gets underway, QLM is proud to be amongst the first companies commercialising Quantum technology to measure and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, helping organizations reach Net Zero emissions and tackle climate change.
The UK's Quantum industry is continuing to gain momentum, highlighted by two recent events:
1) QLM was delighted to see the Government's support for the quantum industry announced in the Chancellor's Autumn statement. https://lnkd.in/dCg7qfBM
It was especially encouraging to see the detail published on the Quantum missions, with Mission 5 recognising the potential benefits of quantum technology in transitioning to Net Zero and targeting greenhouse gas emissions in the energy sector: "Energy: Protect and support energy storage and transportation through quantum-enabled gas sensors to accurately see and measure emissions of greenhouse and other gases."
