Emissions Rate Quantification Used for Leak Prioritization

Goldilocks and the three leaks! Here’s what three different sizes of leaks look like, about order of magnitude different in flow rate. Leak rate quantification allows  prioritization of larger emitters for remediation. These images are all from a similar ~50m distance from the QLM gas imaging LiDAR camera. Pick your favorite units! The EPA, by the way, is proposing a detection sensitivity value of 10 kg/hr.
