So it’s good to see that Chinese car supplier Hesai Technology shipped 134,208 of their lidars at less than $600 each in Q3, and Alphabet plugged another $5.6 billion into Waymo . QLM Technology ’s Quantum Lidar Methane camera is for autonomous methane monitoring not driving, and our problem is climate change not carnage on the road, but we have very similar tech, share many of car lidars’ features and components, and are following their path to scale. Lidar is enabling both safe driving and methane control. And incidentally it’s also essential for landing Space-X rockets.
