QLM choosen as a WEF flagship Quantum Tech Application
Last year QLM Technology’s quantum methane lidar camera was selected by theWorld Economic Forum to be a flagship quantum technology application highlighted in their new quantum applications hub. The hub’s goal is to increase public awareness of leading examples of quantum tech’s possibilities across industry. QLM is recognised in the WEF report on Embracing the Quantum Economy as one of the most advanced quantum tech application in both feasibility and value.
Now for the Forum’s annual meeting in Davos this week we have launched a new video. To catch attention the WEF request was that content needs to be experiential, so we also have interactive versions of placing a lidar camera in the best location on a large industrial site and using a camera remotely to find and identify methane leaks. These are very simple ‘gamifications’ for now but we plan to make them more detailed soon so people can take realistic virtual test drives of our cloud system. Here is the link, please let us know how you score.
